(1) A group of conciliators consisting of the persons referred to in sub-section (3) or (4) of section 33 of the Act shall be prepared for the purpose of taking necessary action in relation to the resolution of disputes through community-based conciliation mechanisms, which may be amicable in accordance with the prevailing law, and before carrying out any conciliation-related work. The local body should be informed about it.
(2) When preparing a group of conciliators according to sub-rule (1), the community shall give preference to local persons who have undergone the training period as per rule 46.
(3) The list of conciliators in the group according to sub-rule (1) shall be updated every year by the community.
